To promote academic exchange and broaden students' international perspectives, the Management Training and Development Center (MTDC) of the School of Graduate Studies at Macau University of Science and Technology will organize a two-week 2026 Academic Enrichment Summer Programme at Churchill College, University of Cambridge. We cordially invite outstanding current students to apply. The application method, programme schedule, and selection criteria are detailed below:

 

1. Programme Schedule

Programme Dates: August 16~29, 2026

Places: 15 students

Arrangements: The programme lasts for two weeks and includes lectures, activities, and visits.

Note: The above schedule is for reference only. Programme content may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, such as the teaching staff at Churchill College, University of Cambridge. The final arrangements upon programme implementation shall prevail.

2. Programme Fees

Admitted students will receive a substantial subsidy from the University and are only required to pay a programme fee of HKD 11,000. This fee covers accommodation at Churchill College, lecturers, activities, teaching materials, and shuttle transport for outings. The University will also purchase public (third-party) liability insurance for the students. Following formal admission, the University will notify students of the payment schedule and methods (Important Note: All fees will be paid directly into the University's bank account; please do not trust any other payment methods).

Students must cover their own return transport to Cambridge, UK (e.g., flights), personal visa fees, meals, and other personal expenses.

3. Eligibility

Enrolment Status: Current Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral students of MUST, who must confirm they will still be enrolled in September 2026.

Disciplinary Record: No records of disciplinary violations during the period of study.

Academic Performance: CGPA ≥ 3.20, with no failing grades.

English Proficiency: Students must provide valid proof of English proficiency, or be currently enrolled in English-taught programmes at the Faculty of Innovation Engineering (FIE), University International College (UIC), or Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM).

4. Application Process

Application Deadline: From now until 23:59 on 31 March 2026.

Application Method: Log into the WeMust Student App > Survey, and fill out the "Churchill College, University of Cambridge – 2026 Academic Enrichment Summer Programme Application Form".

Required Materials: Please prepare the following documents before applying:

ü ID Card and Passport

ü Transcripts for all semesters

ü Curriculum Vitae (CV)

ü Personal photo

ü Proof of English proficiency

ü Other supporting documents (if any)

5. Selection

Selection: After the application deadline, the Management Training and Development Center (MTDC) of the School of Graduate Studies will conduct a selection and screening of the submitted application materials. The selection criteria are based on the eligibility requirements listed above. In the event of equal qualifications, admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interview: Applicants will be required to attend an in-person interview at the University in mid-April 2026. During the interview, applicants must sign a declaration form and have their original documents verified.

Admission Results: Unsuccessful candidates will receive a rejection notice or be placed on a waiting list via email. For successful candidates, the primary admission list will be announced on the University website and the School of Graduate Studies notice board in late April 2026. The public notice period will last for three working days. If there are no objections, applicants will officially receive their admission notice and subsequent arrangements.
